Illinois State Public Defender Commission Holds Inaugural Meeting on October 30th

The State Public Defender Commission convened for its first meeting, marking an important milestone in the implementation of the FAIR Act. The Commission will play an important role in supporting and overseeing the Office of the State Public Defender (OSPD).

Meetings are open to the public.
